How To Apply
No Fee will be applicable for application submission
Before applying for IODF-2023, the applicants should register on http://www.gkcmorc.org. IODF application forms will only be visible to registered members.
After registration on http://www.gkcmorc.org, the applicant shall be able to navigate to and view the IODF 23 application forms.
Only YouTube video links shall be accepted. Applicants are advised to upload videos of their performance on to YouTube, minimum duration should be 4 mins. Links of any other platforms will not be accepted.
Date of Birth proof (Aadhar, driving license, passport) is mandatory to apply for IODF-2023.

The last date of application is 5th Nov 2023 till midnight.
Terms & Conditions
The artists/group applying for IODF 2023 should be reputed in Odissi dance performance.
In case of solo and duet categories, the artists should not have performed in the solo and duet categories or as group leader in the group category in the last two years of IODF.
For group category, the group should be a registered group , registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 for at least 3 years before 1st Oct 2023.
Valid registration certificate of the group should be submitted at the time of filling the application (uploaded)
The group should have minimum 6 members and maximum 8 members including the group leader for performing in IODF.
Age of all applicants should be at least 16 years as on 1st Oct 2023.
All applications will be ONLINE ONLY to maintain transparency. No offline applications shall be entertained.
The last date of application is 5th Nov 2023 till midnight.
No application shall be entertained after the last date mentioned above.
The decision of the selection committee shall be final and binding.
Applications will strictly be evaluated on the basis of quality of the performance in the video whose links are submitted to us in terms of quality of the dance, costumes, music and composition.
