The Governing Body of the Centre shall consist of the following:

• President - Honorable Chief Minister
• Working  President - Honorable Minister Culture (OLL& C) Department.
• Two eminent Nritya  Gurus to be nominated by State Government.
• Two eminent Sangeet  Gurus to be nominated by the State Govt.
• Two eminent Odissi  Dance exponents to be nominated by the State Govt.
• Secretary,  Department of Culture.
• Director, Culture
• Chief Executive of  the Centre - Member Secretary
• One representative  from Central Sangeet Natak Akademi.
• One  representative from State Sangeet Natak Akademi.

Executive  Body consisting of the following members :

• Executive Body headed by the Principal  Secretary / Secretary of the OLL&C Dept.
• An Officer of the Finance Department  (not below the rank of Addl. Secretary)
• Director,  OLL&C
• Chief  Executive, GKCMORC
